1. Membership and Referral Program

1. Users may create a free account to access job listings and referral opportunities.
2. By referring others to the platform, you may earn compensation when referred individuals’ resumes are selected by employers.
3. Referral rewards and payment terms are subject to change and governed by the current Referral Program Policy.
4. No guarantees are made regarding earnings, selections, or employment outcomes.

1. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

1. Use the Platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
2. Submit false or misleading information.
3. Attempt to exploit, hack, or interfere with the system or other users.
4. Harass, abuse, or harm another person or entity.

1. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform, including logos, branding, text, graphics, and software, are the property of Staffing Backbone or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

1. Privacy
